Lorsque les participants voyagent dans des v\u00e9hicules de plus de 9 places, conducteur compris, la loi applicable est le d\u00e9cret 319\/1990 du 21 d\u00e9cembre 1990, r\u00e9gissant le transport de voyageurs par route de v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 moteur, chapitre IV, et le service sera sous-trait\u00e9 \u00e0 une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de transport.\r\n\r\nNaturanda propose des excursions, des activit\u00e9s de tourisme actif et des visites guid\u00e9es o\u00f9 le transport est un compl\u00e9ment \u00e0 l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 principale de guide touristique et de visite d&rsquo;une ou plusieurs destinations et le client sait ou doit savoir \u00e0 tout moment que son bon correspond au paiement pour une visite g\u00e9n\u00e9rale et non pour un service de transport entre une ou plusieurs destinations.\r\n\r\nLors de l&#8217;embauche de nos services, le client doit savoir que les activit\u00e9s r\u00e9alis\u00e9es comportent des risques associ\u00e9s. Naturanda poss\u00e8de toutes les autorisations et assurances correspondantes et obligatoires aupr\u00e8s d&rsquo;une agence de voyage commerciale et d&rsquo;une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Active Tourism. Avec l&rsquo;engagement de nos activit\u00e9s le client accepte qu&rsquo;il ne pourra pas exiger des indemnisations extraordinaires \u00e0 ceux inclus dans nos assurances obligatoires produites dans le cadre des activit\u00e9s ni en cons\u00e9quence d&rsquo;aucun accident de circulation du transport associ\u00e9 \u00e0 notre activit\u00e9 touristique.\r\n\r\nSi le client est au cours de l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration de l&rsquo;excursion un motif de r\u00e9clamation ou de r\u00e9clamation peut l&rsquo;indiquer imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 la personne responsable du voyage (guide, accompagnateur, directeur du groupe, etc.), avec lequel nous aurons la possibilit\u00e9 de corriger \u00e0 ce moment l&rsquo;erreur \u00e9ventuelle commise.
