The technical organization of the services has been carried out by the Travel Agency Naturanda Turismo Ambiental S.L, with code identifier CIAN 416350-2 and CIF B90054370 and company of Active Tourism registered with the license AT/SE/00072, with domicile in C/ Alfonso XII, 35 and web www.naturanda.com of which it is holder of the domain.

Our tourist service is subject to the provisions contained in various laws among which is the Law 16/1987 of July 30 of Land Transport and its subsequent amendments, in Decree 168/1994 of 30 May regulation of travel agencies and in regulation 21/1995 of July 6 of package travel and other provisions in force. When participants travel in vehicles of more than 9 seats including driver the applicable law is Decree 319/1990 of 21 December, regulating the transport of passengers by road by motor vehicles, chapter IV and the service will be subcontracted to a transport company.

Naturanda offers excursions, activities of active tourism and guided visits where the transport is a complement to the main activity of tourist guide and visit of one or several destinations and the client knows or must know at all times that his voucher corresponds to the payment for a general visit and not for a transport service between one or several destinations.

When hiring our services, the client must know that the activities carried out carry associated risks. Naturanda possesses all the corresponding and obligatory permits and insurances to a retail Travel Agency and an Active Tourism company. With the contracting of our activities the client accepts that he will not be able to demand extraordinary indemnifications to those included in our obligatory insurances produced in the course of the activities nor as consequence to any accident of circulation of the private transport associated to our tourist activity.

If the client is during the development of the excursion a reason for complaint or claim can indicate it immediately to the person responsible for the trip (guide, companion, director of the group, etc.). With it we will have the opportunity to correct at the moment the possible error committed. Subsequent claims that were not made at the time of the problem will not be accepted.

Naturanda reserves the right to suspend excursions if there are justified reasons or the minimum number of participants is not reached. Being able to communicate to the interested party the day before to carry out the activity.
