- The meeting point is at the Colors of Seville Office (C. Alemanes, 31, Old Town, 41004 Seville).

- It is necessary to provide us with your ID or passport along with your full name after your reservation so that we can arrange access to the monuments. On the day of the tour, you must bring and present your identity document to access the Cathedral.
- On the day of the tour, you must go to the Colors of Seville office on Calle Alemanes to obtain your entrance ticket to the Cathedral and the Giralda. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before the tour time. The time of access to the monument will be the one you chose when making your reservation. You can collect your tickets from 1 hour before the time of your reservation.
- Shoulders must be covered to enter the Cathedral and the Giralda.
- Please remember to bring your own headphones to listen to the audio guide. You will also need free space on your device to download the audio guide.
