- It is necessary to provide us with your ID or passport along with your full name after your reservation so that we can manage access to the monuments. On the day of the tour it is mandatory to carry and present the identity document to access the Cathedral.
- On the day of the tour it is necessary to go to the office in Calle Francos to obtain the entrance ticket to the Cathedral and the Giralda. It is recommended to arrive 10 minutes before the tour time. The time of access to the monument will be the time you chose when you made your reservation. You can collect your tickets from 1 hour before the time of your booking.
- Don’t forget to bring your own headphones in order to listen to the audioguide app. You also would need free space in your device to download the audioguide.
