The tour begins at our tourist office at 12A Calle Rastro and continues to the remains of the Seville Aqueduct and the historic Puerta de Carmona, relics that serve as a reminder of the city’s origins and development. The route continues along Avenida de Menéndez Pelayo to the Royal Tobacco Factory, now home to the University of Seville, and on to the majestic Palacio de San Telmo, one of the most iconic buildings in Seville’s heritage.
During the tour, you’ll discover the Puerta de Jerez before passing by the Real Maestranza, one of Spain’s best-known bullrings. The tuk-tuk will then cross the Triana Bridge to take in the views of the Guadalquivir, continuing along Reyes Católicos, Marqués de Paradas and Calle Torneo until it reaches the Basilica of La Macarena and the remains of Seville’s ancient city walls. Nearby is also the Hospital de las Cinco Llagas, now the seat of the Andalusian Parliament.
The tour continues towards the Barqueta area and Isla de la Cartuja, following the Camino de los Descubrimientos until it reaches the modern Torre Sevilla, a symbol of contemporary Seville. The route then returns to the iconic Triana neighbourhood, passing through Calle Castilla, Plaza del Altozano and the lively Calle Betis, one of the spots offering the best views of the city.
In the final stretch, the route crosses Plaza de Cuba, continues along Avenida de Sebastián Elcano and Paseo de las Delicias, before turning onto Avenida de la Palmera, Glorieta de México and Avenida de la Borbolla. Finally, the tuk-tuk travels through María Luisa Park and ends next to Seville’s impressive Plaza de España, stopping on Calle Nicolás Alpériz, next to the Puerta de Navarra, one of the entrances to the monument. If travellers wish, the tour can continue back to our tourist office at Calle Rastro 12A.
