- This tour is available at: 09:00. Please check the booking calendar to confirm the available time on your chosen date.
- To take part in this tour, you must be at Atocha train station at the time of your booking to catch the train to Seville. The return journey to Madrid will be at around 8.00 pm, departing from Seville at approximately 6.00 pm.
- The meeting point for the train is at Puerta de Atocha-Almudena Grandes (Plaza del Emperador Carlos V, Arganzuela, 28045 Madrid)

- You must provide us with your national identity card or passport, along with your full name, after making your booking so that we can arrange access to the monument. On the day of the tour, you must bring and present your identity document to gain entry to the monument.
- We recommend that each traveller carries their official documentation with them in person to gain entry to the monument, in order to prove their identity.
- In the event that, due to the monument’s availability or timetable constraints, it is not possible to visit the Real Alcázar, this will be replaced by a guided tour of Seville Cathedral. If you take this tour, you must have your shoulders covered to enter the Cathedral and the Giralda.
- To take part in this tour, you must be at Atocha train station at the time specified in your booking to catch the train.
- Tickets that have already been purchased are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they are bought in advance and are issued in the purchaser’s name.
