Setting off from Lisbon, we’ll head to the enchanting town of Sintra, where we’ll visit one of its most fascinating gems: the Quinta da Regaleira, a unique site that combines natural beauty, symbolism and historic architecture. Its gardens, tunnels and mysterious structures make it one of the most remarkable places in the country.
We will continue our tour with a visit to the spectacular Pena Palace, one of Portugal’s most iconic monuments, famous for its colourful architecture and its stunning location high up in the mountains. A must-see for anyone wishing to understand the romantic spirit of Sintra.
You’ll have some free time in Sintra, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, to stroll through its historic centre, explore its charming streets or sample the local cuisine at your own pace.
The tour continues to the stunning Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of mainland Europe, where you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Along the way, we’ll also take in views of Guincho and the breathtaking Boca do Inferno, two natural sites of great beauty.
We’ll end the day in Cascais, a charming coastal town where you’ll have some free time to stroll along the seafront, and we’ll continue with a scenic tour of Estoril, renowned for its elegance and history.
