- The meeting point is at Naturanda Arfe Office (C. Arfe, 3, Casco Antiguo, 41001 Sevilla)

- It is necessary to provide us with your ID or passport along with your full name after your booking so that we can arrange access to the monuments.
- On the day of the tour it is necessary to go to the office in Arfe Street to get the entrance ticket to the Alcazar. It is recommended to arrive 10 minutes before the tour time. The time of access to the monument will be the time you chose when you made your reservation. You can collect your tickets from 1 hour before the time of your booking.
- On the day of the tour it is also compulsory to bring and present the original and physical ID to access the Alcazar.
- Don’t forget to bring your own headphones in order to listen to the audioguide app. You also would need free space in your device to download the audioguide.
