Discover the Palacio San Dionisio, a stunning 19th-century palace in Jerez, now transformed into an innovative cultural centre dedicated to the world of sherry and brandy.
This unique venue combines history, heritage and technology through an immersive experience designed for visitors of all ages. The palace houses three exhibition galleries, a museum dedicated to sherry and brandy, and some of the most significant private collections relating to the world of sherry.
During your visit, you will be able to explore the prestigious Roberto Amillo Collection, regarded as one of the finest collections of artefacts, paintings and bottles linked to the world of sherry, as well as the extraordinary Paco Odero Collection of historic labels for Spanish wines and spirits.
The experience can be enjoyed either as a guided tour or at your own pace, allowing visitors to explore the palace at their own speed and enjoy the various cultural activities and temporary exhibitions. In addition, the tour features interactive and digital resources, including touch-screen displays, audiovisual content and multimedia screens that enhance the visit and bring the history of sherry to life in a dynamic and contemporary way.
