- The meeting point is at the Colors of Seville Office (C. Alemanes, 31, Old Town, 41004 Seville).

- It is necessary to provide us with your ID or passport along with your full name after your reservation so that we can arrange access to the monuments.
- On the day of the tour, you must go to the Colors of Seville office at 31 Calle Alemanes to collect your ticket for the Alcázar. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before the tour starts.
- On the day of the tour it is also compulsory to bring and present the original and physical ID to access the Alcazar.
- Please remember to bring your own headphones to listen to the audio guide. You will also need free space on your device to download the audio guide.
- Your entry time for the monument will be the time you selected when making your booking. You can collect your tickets from 1 hour before your booking time.
