Book this tour in Gibraltar with Naturanda to take part in the Rock Tour, a tour of the Gibraltar Nature Reserve.
Gibraltar is located on an impressive rock south of the Iberian Peninsula. From here, we can enjoy unique views of the Strait of Gibraltar, which separates Africa from Europe by just 14 kilometres.
Upon entering the reserve, visitors will make their first stop at the Pillars of Hercules viewpoint, where they will enjoy magnificent views of the entire Strait and the African continent. The tour will then continue to St Michael’s Cave, an incredible natural cave in the heart of Gibraltar with geological formations such as stalactites and stalagmites.
Next, they will continue on to the Rock to meet the famous and friendly monkeys of Gibraltar, the only apes currently living in the wild on the entire European continent.
At the end of the tour, our visitors will be able to visit the lower part of Gibraltar and stroll along its famous Main Street, lined with shops that give Gibraltar its reputation as a shopping centre, and visit other parts of this unique British colony at their leisure.
