On this visit, we will access to one of the centenarians Andalusian haciendas to learn every detail about the production of olive oil, an essential pillar of the Mediterranean diet.
Spain is the world’s leading producer of olive oil, which is why Naturanda organises a special activity that gives its customers an insight into how this product is made. This is a half-day guided tour where visitors will visit a typical Andalusian estate located in the province of Seville to discover all the secrets hidden in a century-old oil mill. The secrets of the olive tree and olive oil, a tradition that dates back to time immemorial and which became particularly important from the 17th century onwards.
We want our customers to learn about how a traditional oil mill works and take them into the olive groves to learn about the careful process of extracting olive oil, Andalusia’s ‘Liquid Gold’.
For thousands of years, Andalusia has been the world’s leading producer of this product. This is the perfect tour for those who want to learn about the production processes and tasting of olive oil.
During the visit, you will learn all about the production process, taste the product and enjoy an extra virgin olive oil pairing.
Once the tour is over, we will return to Seville in our private transport, after enjoying an excursion full of learning, contact with nature and images that you will never forget.
