• It is necessary to provide us with your ID or passport along with your full name after your reservation so that we can arrange access to the monuments. On the day of the tour, you must bring and present your identity document to access the Cathedral.
• On the day of the tour, you must also arrive at the Naturanda Arfe office at 3 Calle Arfe well in advance. Entry to the monument will be in a group and must be made in the company of the assigned guide. Punctuality is essential; anyone arriving late will lose their place and will not be allowed to enter the monument.
• Shoulders must be covered to enter the Cathedral and the Giralda.
