This is a half-day guided tour where visitors will visit a typical Andalusian estate located in the province of Seville to discover all the secrets hidden in a century-old oil mill. The secrets of the olive tree and olive oil, a tradition that dates back to time immemorial and which became particularly important from the 17th century onwards.

We want our customers to learn about how a traditional oil mill works and take them into the olive groves to learn about the careful process of extracting olive oil, Andalusia’s ‘Liquid Gold’.
