The excursion begins with a transfer to Huelva to visit the iconic Mercado del Carmen, one of the province’s most important markets. Its stalls are renowned for the wide variety and high quality of their fresh fish and seafood, making it the perfect place to discover the flavours and fishing traditions that characterise the Huelva coast.

Next, we’ll set off on a boat trip through the Marismas del Odiel Natural Park, a protected area designated as a Biosphere Reserve, where we’ll spend approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes exploring the marshes, canals and landscapes of great ecological value. During the trip, you’ll be able to admire this unique ecosystem and learn about its importance for numerous bird species and for the area’s maritime activities.

To round off the experience, on board the boat we’ll sample Huelva’s famous white prawns, one of the most renowned specialities of Huelva’s cuisine, accompanied by traditional wines from the Condado de Huelva.
