  • The meeting point is at the Naturanda Francos Office (C. Francos, 19, Casco Antiguo, 41004 Seville)

  • You must provide us with your national identity card or passport, along with your full name, after making your booking so that we can arrange access to the monuments.
  • On the day of the tour, you must go to the Naturanda Francos office at 19 Calle Francos to collect your tickets for the monuments. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before the tour starts.
  • On the day of the tour, you must also bring and present your original, physical identity document to gain access to the monuments.
  • Please remember to bring your own headphones to listen to the audio guide. You will also need free space on your device to download the audio guide.
  • Your entry time for the monument will be the one you selected when making your booking. You can collect your tickets from 1 hour before your booked time.
  • You must have your shoulders covered to enter the Cathedral and the Giralda.
